The JDRC Sunday Social Runs are a Basingstoke community staple. We meet every Sunday morning for a conversational-paced recovery run, designed to build aerobic base volume and connect local runners.

There is zero pacing pressure. Whether you're completing a recovery block or just starting your running journey, our group formats ensure nobody is left behind, finishing with coffee and chats at The Coffee Barn.
